RUSELPROM – Electrotechnical Concern
The 3-year-long concerted efforts of the ROEL experts resulted in a complete turnaround of
the Concerns’ enterprises. The plants which could hardly keep afloat in the market
economy on their own were integrated into a single entity. The changeover to the new
business model designed by our experts enabled the Concern to become a leading player in
the Russian electro technical market. Currently, all its enterprises enjoy sustainable
growth of their operational and financial indicators.
Agrika Group of Companies
ROEL Group continues to grow Agrica- its horizontally-integrated holding company. It
acquires and rehabilitates meat and poultry processing companies. Agrika member companies
now offer their products all over Russia.
Vladimir Textile Holding Company
ROEL Group was instrumental in setting up, in early 2005, Vladimir Textile Holding Company
which comprises major players in canvas manufacture in Russia. Prior to the project
commencement, the individual companies were in a dire financial situation. Its aggressive
steps to reduce costs and increase output resulted in an improved financial performance.
Murom Radio Plant
The plant was heading for bankruptcy at the time of the project’s commencement in 2003.
We embarked on an all-round financial rehabilitation which included, among other, debt
restructuring vis-a-vis the budget and working capital funding. The ROEL experts developed
and implemented a program of standing expenses reduction which slashed them 1.5-fold. Key
market segments were identified and top priority development goals were set. Cutting-edge
technologies were introduced and the equipment was upgraded. As a result of all these
steps and the project approach, annual sales growth rate has been 30% over the last 3
years. Since 2001, sales revenue has gone up 5-fold and the output – 4-fold.
Synthetic Crystal Holding Company
The holding company currently manufactures 30% of the world output of optical quartz
crystals. Its members produce sapphires, fianites, synthetic semi-precious and precious
stones and other minerals.
Prior to ROEL Group’s management, the enterprises of the holding-to-be were facing a
variety of problems due to the poor quality of their products, a loss of market share, lax
discipline and others. ROEL designed and implemented an impressive set of measures which
enabled to dramatically improve the product quality, enhance the discipline, raise
capacity utilization and cut costs.

National Technology Group
ROEL Group has consistently developed a large scale system to translate cutting-edge ideas
into practice. To this end, it has set up the National Technological Group that

subsequent fine tuning. The end products of these efforts prove to sell very well.
