“Agrika Produkty Pitaniya” OJSC will increase their registered capital 1.6 times - up to 3.3 billion rubles, according to the decision made by the company’s management, from July 2, 2007 and from May 22, 2007, there will be 1 billion 198 million 461 thousand rubles of structural issue placed by private offering; provisions have been made for the issue and distribution of 373 thousand 461 common uncertified shares with nominal value of 1 thousand rubles for a total amount of 373 million 461 thousand rubles and 412 thousand 500 preferred cumulative uncertified shares with nominal value of 2 thousand rubles for the total amount of 825 million rubles. At the moment registered capital of “Agrika” OJSC is 2 billion 101 million 539 thousand rubles, and it is divided into 2 million 101 thousand 539 shares with nominal value of 1 thousand rubles per share. Shares have been registered on July 6, 2006 under state number 1-01-55205-Е.
Therefore, as a result of placing the additional issue, the registered capital of the company will grow to 3 billion 300 million rubles. Sole owner of “Agrika” OJSC is “ROEL Capital” Management Company CJSC.
